I completed my PhD degree in Computer Science from the School of Computer and Security Science, Edith Cowan University, Perth, WA, Australia. I developed an award-winning computer-based vision system for automatic identification of plant species based on the images of their leaves during my Ph.D candidacy. I also hold BSc and MSc degrees in Applied Mathematics and Computer Sciences. I have worked as a Postdoctoral Research Associate in Systems Biology in Professor John Yin’s Laboratory at the university of Wisconsin, Madison, USA where I studied and made research on Systems Biology. My interests cuts across machine learning, image and signal processing, systems biology, mathematical modelling (using ODE, PDE and SDE).
I am currently conducting research on data science solutions and systems biology (mathematical modeling and simulation of chemical and biological systems). I am able to proactively identify and deliver value-add statistical and data science insights and solutions, engaging and influencing stakeholders to drive incremental value. I have deep text analytics experience that can help business users discern and capture the Voice of Customers (VoC) from online media such as blogs, forum postings and news articles; from email, chat interactions and contact-center dialogues; and from surveys and other mechanisms for collecting customer feedback: from the totality of enterprise information sources....
